About Us

Welcome to Morigit Women Foundation

Morigit Women Foundation was born from the deeply personal journey of our founder—a Ghanaian woman from the north who found herself battling crisis in her own marriage. Through strength, faith, and community, she emerged stronger and with a new mission: to uplift other women going through similar struggles.

Today, Morigit Women Foundation is a beacon of hope for women facing domestic, financial, and emotional distress. We step in where others turn away—providing food, seed capital, emotional support, and most importantly, a renewed sense of purpose.

We help women become financially independent by providing small business capital and mentoring. From selling local produce to launching hair salons, we help them start, grow, and thrive.

Feeding Support
For mothers unable to feed their children, we provide emergency food stipends to ensure no child sleeps hungry. A little goes a long way.
